Executive Chef Justin Mabunay started Urbn Market Fusion during the pandemic. After serving as an Executive Chef for [Casino], he decided to start his own business to spend more time with his family. Starting as a micro-kitchen from his home, he along with his wife Mel, made their way into local Farmer's Markets with their first Popup.
